About Helga Picknell-Velkeniers

Over the years I have taught a great variety of students: from primary and secondary education, to adult education and special needs education.

In 2009 I set up aArtvark; an artistic day service for adults with learning difficulties, special needs and mental health problems.

I graduated as an art teacher in 1995 in Belgium, and moved to England in that same year.

I recently have had the opportunity to teach live alongside many well known artists on Shopkeeparty.com which has been great fun and very rewarding.
